By tapping into his extensive and diverse experience in martial arts, Chris Williams takes one-on-one training to a new level. In his sessions, he incorporates a heart-pumping and engaging combination of martial arts, kickboxing, boxing, self-defense and weight training. We target major and minor muscles groups to transform your body. 


Each personal training session is customized to your needs and your body, creating a unique experience ideal for any fitness level and age. 

I don't enjoy running and other standard cardio workouts -- it's too stagnant. I love how Chris' workouts are dynamic and each one is different by incorporating various techniques like kickboxing to weights.

Chris is a Master Personal Trainer & 2nd-Degree Black Belt. His Training Sessions Can Include a Combination Of:


  • Taekwondo/Boxing (kicking and punching/striking)

  • Combat Hapkido (leveraging body position and manipulating joints)

  • Brazilian Jujitsu/BJJ (groundwork and submission techniques)

  • Sparring Application (controlling distance and timing)

  • Adrenal Stress Response (the art of avoidance)

  • Weightlifting and Strength Training

  • APEX Fitness Professional

  • NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)

  • NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers)

  • Registered as a 2nd degree Black Belt with The Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters in Korea

Price: $110 for one session; $75 for weekly sessions; $65 for two sessions a week

Training Duration: 60-90 minutes
